Complaints Procedure

It is important to a student’s sense of security and personal confidence that they have a means of "Being heard" in the event of having a complaint. For this purpose, we explain to the students that there is a complaints procedure, and assist them in the event that they feel the need to use it.

We aim to follow the placing authority’s individual complaints procedure, but have in place a standard complaints procedure at Small Haven School for the guidance of the students and staff. You can request a copy of the complaint procedure or pick one up from the school when you next visit.
